Due Diligence

Our design professionals are licensed engineers and registered communication distribution designers. Our site acquisition professionals are licensed real estate brokers. Our license agreements are prepared by licensed lawyers.
Contract/License Agreement Development, Review, and Negotiations
Paradigm Consulting can assist the building management in preparing license, rooftop, and media system agreements for the tenant services and the service providers.
This service includes document preparation, negotiations with providers and/or tenant, and consulting services for the Building. Paradigm Consulting can design, develop and prepare construction documents to get construction permits.
Rooftop Management
For many commercial buildings, management of the rooftop communications and media systems is a revenue generating situation that must comply with Federal, State, Local and Property laws, rules, guidelines, policies, procedures and regulations. The rooftop is a location where revenue is made by not exposing the roof surface to risk. Rooftop management can include the following:
- Inventory of antenna type, size, location and RF characteristics of each antenna.
- Establishing and maintaining the FCC and FAA licenses required of any building that supports transmitting antennas.
- Development of a Radio Frequency (RF) Safety Program.
- Compliance to OSHA requirements pertaining to RF emissions safety to include testing, reporting, signage and training.
- Establishment of Rooftop Agreements that limit liability to the Owner and Property Management and that optimize revenue.
- Document additions, moves and changes to rooftop equipment.
- Make available state-of-the-art media services to building tenants both rooftop tenants and building tenants.
- Assist the Building in safety training and access control as may be required by Building policy and/or Federal, State or Local laws, rules or guidelines.
Sound Masking Systems
Paradigm Consulting is working with Speech Privacy Systems to provide state of the art sound masking systems for commercial, government, military and medical office environments for the purpose of providing privacy and to protect confidentiality to the customer in the work place.
