In the normal course of doing business, we typically obtain the following public and non-public personal information about out web site users, clients, vendors and contractors:

  • Personal information regarding your identity such as name, address, telephone number, email address, level of education and other information that may be found on your resume, invoice, agreements and other documents that we may from time to time pass between each other.

We do not sell information about current or former clients, vendors, contractors and/or web site users to third parties, nor is it our practice to disclose such information to third parties unless requested to do so by a client, client representative, vendor, contractor or web site user or, if necessary, in order to process a transaction, service an account or as permitted by law.  Additionally, we may share information with outside companies that perform administrative and/or accounting services for us.  However, our contractual arrangements with these service providers require them to treat your information as confidential.

In order to protect your personal information, we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information.  Our Privacy Policy restricts the use of client, vendor, contractor or web site user information and requires that it be held in strict confidence.

Modifications to our Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to change our privacy policy practices in the future, which may include sharing nonpublic personal information about you with nonaffiliated third parties.  Before we do that, we will provide you with a revised privacy notice and give you the opportunity to opt-out of that type of information sharing.
