Paradigm Consulting Services is a Colorado original. Established in the Denver area in August of 1999, Paradigm Consulting enjoys a market position as one of only a hand full of companies that focuses on the competitive and successful implementation of electrical power and telecommunications system services as a building and tenant asset. Efficient, well designed and installed electrical and telecommunications services can separate an average business, tenant and/or building from an excellent business, tenant and/or building – a feature that adds value to a business operation whether it be a tenant, the building ownership, and/or the property management.
Paradigm Consulting Services started in August of 1999 assisting Property Managers of high-rise buildings in the Central Business District of Denver with rooftop antenna management and cable-riser closet management. This expanded into assisting in the brokering of the telecommunications services on the rooftop and from the street. Telecommunications utilities and wireless providers are brought in to provide tenants with required services. Wireless distribution companies are encouraged to install equipment on building rooftops to meet their network distribution needs and to again provide tenants with new and ever-changing telecommunications services.
Services brought into the building, whether off of the rooftop or from the street, are brought in under license agreements with the building owner or the property management and are managed as an amenity of the building to the tenants and as an efficient use of rooftop and common-area building space. The expansion of the Paradigm Consulting Services includes but is not limited to 1) satellite TV equipment design, installation and operational services, 2) audio/video equipment design, installation and operational services, 3) cable system design, installations, identification, inventory and demolition, 4) audits, inspections and inventories of equipment and cables, 5) and on site safety training where compliance with OSHA and FCC guidelines is a requirement.
